瑜珈磚 - 天然染色有機棉

The soft cotton texture gives a surprisingly secure grip, even when my hands are a little sweaty. I also love knowing the blocks were dyed with herbs, which makes the whole practice feel more connected to nature.

I’ve been using this block for a few weeks now and the natural dye hasn’t faded at all, which surprised me. The soft cotton cover feels much nicer against my skin than the foam ones I used before.

The cotton cover has just enough give that my knees don't ache in pigeon pose anymore, and it doesn't slide around on my mat like my old foam block did. Honestly didn't expect the herbal dye to matter, but the muted color is calming in a way I can't quite explain.
