冥想套組 - Zafu 與 Zabuton - 20% OFF

I was skeptical about spending this much on a cushion, but the semi-circle Zafu really does keep my hips from rolling forward during longer sits. The zabuton base is thick enough that my knees don't complain anymore.

My knees and ankles used to ache within ten minutes, but the zabuton's padding actually keeps the pressure off, and the zafu's firm support has me sitting comfortably for full half-hour sessions now. The semi-circle shape does feel more natural than a round cushion ever did.

I've tried stacking pillows for years, but the wide zabuton base finally stopped my ankles from falling asleep during longer sits. The semi-circle zafu tucks right under me and keeps my hips tilted just enough that my lower back doesn't ache after 30 minutes.
