The Öko Living Zafu Meditation Cushion is designed to support posture and bring comfort to your practice. With its smooth semi-circle shape, the zafu gently tilts your pelvis forward, allowing your spine to align naturally and your breath to flow freely.

Handmade with GOTS-certified organic cotton and generously filled with dense cotton batting, it provides a firm yet cushioned seat that holds its shape through daily practice. Its minimalist form blends seamlessly into any home or studio.

  • Elevates Posture: Tilts hips forward for natural spinal alignment.

  • Organic & Sustainable: Made from toxin-free, plant-dyed organic cotton.

  • Sleek Semi-Circle Design: Compact, modern shape that fits any space.

  • Removable Cover: Zippered for easy washing and long-lasting freshness.

Use the Öko Living Zafu on its own or pair it with the Zabuton base cushion for full-body support during meditation.

    Hazel U. ★★★★★

My hips don't ache anymore even after 30 minutes of sitting, the herbal-dyed cotton cover feels pleasantly breathable against my skin.

    David E. ★★★★★

The organic cotton cover has a nice, breathable feel, and the herbal dye gives it a subtle, earthy scent that's calming during practice. It's firm enough to keep my hips elevated without being uncomfortable.

    Timothy R. ★★★★★

The semi-circle shape fits my crossed legs way better than my old round cushion, and the organic cotton cover feels soft against my ankles. It's firm enough that my hips stopped aching after about twenty minutes of sitting.
